subs and gauges
hey all i need some help, first, i just installed my subs and my headunit, and i works great, but only when i use the radio, it doesnt work when i use the cd player, does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?? and another, how much would it cost to get my temp gauge fixed, i put in some indiglo's and accidently broke the temp gauge needle, thanks for the help

what cd player are you talking about? for my dvd player there was an rca that went from the unit to the brain, the radio worked but not the cd's without it. did you buy it new or used and where did you buy it?

dont know about the sysyem homie but the gauges.... since the needle is broke you are most likeley going to have to buy a new gauge cluster and just reintall your gauges... that i what happened to me.... just keep your eyes open for a 94-97 accord gauge cluster....

u can buy just the temp guage. they come individual.

enter all ur car info. then look under combination meter, then its figure 13. runs for $42.23. oh yea add that address to ur favorites.

Hey Ben,
Sounds like you hooked up your amp turn on lead to the power antenna output in the back of the deck. Double check your connections back there. The amp turn on lead from the head unit should be a solid blue wire.
If the remote turn on for your amps is connected to the antenna turn on from the deck, it only gets power when the radio is on, and not the cd player, so your amp would be off with the cd.
