TO SUBBUZZ or ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER THIS...

My tail/parking lights, dash and heat/air condition lights are all off but both fuses under hood and under drivers side are not blown... and I switched them for new ones just in case.

Do you know what the problem may be?

I thought it may be my lighting relay under the hood but it seems to also control the head lights and the head lights are working fine.

So could the relay control both or should I think its some other electrical problem? That will cost me both my arms and legs.

Those fuses have backup fuses don't they? Did you check those as well? Otherwise it may be a short in the multiswitch

it could be your multi-switch or a shorted or pinched wire on your parking light circuit, i have relays hooked up to my bumper lights so they blink alternately when i have my lights on and use my turn signals. one relay got wet and shorted the circuit blowing my fuse. try removing one light at a time and replacing the fuse each time till you find what bulb is shorting the circuit.

That's right!

...Cause if the electronics WERE like a rear lip, you would have shorted your car out ages ago.
