struts and shocks

struts and shocks

ok i did a search and i cant really find anything but if i lower my car with the prokit do i really need new aftermarket struts and shocks? or is it safe to roll around with the prokit on the stock stuff?

You can roll on the stock shocks on prokit, which is a simple swap with 2 spring compressors. Otherwise, if you have money now, I'd get a set of kyb agx adjustable shocks

yes. it will eventually blow ur stock struts it will be a horrible ride and unsafe. just get the kyg agx adjustable struts, then if u want to ever go lower than 1.5 u can get new springs and not worry about having to get new struts again

it would improve the ride but not NEEDED, my prokit rode beautifully on stock shocks.no probs.i've been on sportlines and stocks for a while and my shocks just went........

it's a matter of your money situation I guess. I've had a prokit and stockies on since 03. they just went. it's pretty bouncy now, so as soon as I get some money I am changing out. if you wanna wait you can is all I'm saying.
