Squeeky windows, could be the regulator??

Well my car is back at the dealer for the second time in a week, apparantly they didnt fix my Evap canister properly the first time, so it had to go back. But in between visits, i noticed BOTH windows squeek when being lowered, but sound fine when going up.

So they said it's something to do with the regulator, and I said well let's look at it in May when i get back from school, since I don't plan on using the windows much anyway til then. And maybe I'll get lucky that it's just the cold weather, but probably not. So basically I'm asking is this going to be one of those $300-$400 regulator jobs that I've read so much about?

Whenever mine have squeaked I've just used silicone lubricant on the tracks and it stops
