Spoiler LED
i looked at the wire and it seems like it is too short or something. do i connect the wire where the 3rd brake light is??? if that is the case then the wire is too short and what else can i do?
Your leds are probably screwed from slamming the trunk, like mine, you have to replace the whole light!

sounds like someone added a stock wing, after they bought the car, or a dealership did it. Sounds like they just threw it on and never hooked it up. Cuz its usually one or the other in stock wiring.
ya there person i bought it from did tell me that he did put the wing on after....but i tried to hook it up and the wire goes only half way down the trunk......it looks like a male and female plug......how do i make it longer so it can reach the 3rd brake light??? ill take pictures when it aint raining.....its been raing for 3 days straight now....

Speed demon, you probly need a wiring harness for the wing. You may have to go to the dealer for that

You should be able to take the carpet like liner off the top of the inner trunk, and access the wires that way
