Question speaker question...

used the search option already, so chill out...where have you guys mounted the crossovers for the fronts? i dont know if they'll fit in the door but want to have a plan before i tear the car apart..

be careful mounting a crossover in the door because of moisture. especially if u have a 1st gen. the seals on the windows have a tendency of not doing a completely effective job and you dont want water seeping into your expensive electronic devices. i would recommend mounting under the dash behind the glove box. it is a much safer enviroment. good luck.

um...i'm pretty sur theres no factory crossover..atleast i havent founf it yet...i think what i'm gonna do is mounththem in the trunk next to the bose amp, disconnect the amp ant run t-taps into the leads from the amp so i dont have to run speaker wire.

ok..new problem..where do the front tweets and woofer seperate? i thought the woofer and tweets ran seperate wires from the amp but both have the same color wire. is there a resistor by both factory speakers? or do both run full range? iwouldnt put it past bos eto do tat but i dunno? im confused...

LMAO.

My bad . Didn't read too well. My tweaters are in the stock location. Crossovers are in the glove box
