that car is absolutly horrid! I dont understand (and probably never will) why people have pos cars and still put a lot of money into them when they could just be driving around a nice un-modded car for all the money they put into the pos's.

I agree w/ you on why people fix up POS, but you haven't even seen the car completed, it's completely unfair to judge anything yet.

Shit if you would of seen my hot rod at that stage you would of thought I was building a bucket, but the final stage for those cars is pretty far to come.

maybe a head swap but im not sure yet. the a blocks are the best for top end, besides the 2.0 crv head.

IMO, i would never mold an aftermarket tail light to my car. Altezzas are a fad, and when something new comes out, your stuck with integra cutouts. On the other hand, there really are not too many good looking tail lights out there, i would say our car and the 350z have some of the hottest.

first, their not going to be molded, they will come right out.

second, they are not altezza's, techinally altezza's are mirrored, these are carbon fiber, with 2 red lenses, similar looking to the r33 tail lights.

i dont like altezza's either, but i dont think they will be out of style for a long time, and when they are, they will still make some sort of aftermarket light that is similar that everyone will buy.

By molded i was trying to convey propper fitment, what is a better term to use? I have always known and seen that style listed as "carbon fiber altezzas", but your the autobody guy, so i am sure u know best. Like you said, you dont like them either, but its not your car, and you do what the customer wants. True that the aftermarket will always make that teg light anyway, no matter what the fad is.

hehe, no problem, just making a point. altezza's are used loosely, i know exactly what you mean. and its nice to see that someone understands its not my car, but a customers. later.
