He asked for it The front end and headlights are def my favorite part, I am so damn careful driving my car with the hood and headlights on, I stop a car and a half behind people. Just realizing how damn protective I am now is funny to me

We did a group buy on here forever ago, only 20 were made for us. It's fragile as HELL. I screamed at ZeroCL for slamming my hood at the meet a few weeks back. My hood already has a few hairline cracks in it from flexing and use, and it hasn't been on my car for more than a month at a time. But yeah, I don't take my car to any shop with the hood on, I got lowered with my stock hood and no grill They sell them on ebay but they're the wider weave, the 2x2 weave that my hood is, isn't made anymore for the CL, I have one of the few, the headlights and emblem in the 97 grill match the weave pattern as well

thats funny i used to do the same thing when i drove my crx. full body kit, carbon fiber hood, custom paint. id park out miles away from everyone to avoid scratches all types of stupid things like that. one day i guess i forgot to put the hood pins back in after screwing around. well i saw my hood start to shake as i was doing about 40 and still accelerating, i looked closer and saw the hood pins werent in. instinctively i hit the brakes which caused even more air to get under the hood and it flew off entirely. i didnt use the factory hood attachments things. i watched it through the back hatch fly about 20 ft. in the air and land perfectly hood up. didnt break a thing. put it on the car and drove away.

Yeah, my latch needs adjusted, really trying to stay away from hood pins, but every once in a while, I see it bounce or lift just the slightest bit, and I get REAL nervous

It certainly is amazing. Then again this car was before its time when it came out. I think we all get alot of car for our money. At 18, having my 1st car with leather, power everything, digital climate control, etc, my sisters immediately said i was spoiled lol.

The way she looks from the front with the tires turned.
Her ass!
All the jealous looks I get from fellow CL drivers around here (I'm the only modded one)
The loud rumble I hear from a distance when I remote start her.

if you have a viper 791x i can get you a link for the shop manual as well as take pictures of mine and how its wired if you want to save a few bones and try it yourself. remote starts are a clean mod needed on any high end car. they are also a much cooler panty dropper then **GASP** lambo doors. Plus nobody laughs at you when u use it.

i use it when i poop at school so the car is already cooled down by the time im done
