So, i just called

Paragon Honda.. and they told me to bring in the car tomorrow..
Now, since i have an AEM intake.. u guys think i should install back the
stock once.. or they wouldn't care?

unless the problem you're going in for involves air intake, or concerns air/fuel mixture, no dealer is going to care. I've worked in service dept. before and we would get all kinds of cars with mods that wouldn't affect anything unless it was something big like a turbo setup or a chip

ok then. u never said what it is you are bringing it in for, so im gonna say the intake on an old CL aint gonna bother them. theres nothing they are gonna have to replace out of their pocket as far as they are concerned.

lets say u go there for them to replace something that is covered by warantee, like an intake manifold or some shit. they see a cold air intake and they can say it was because of added stress. it depends on what he is taking the car in for, which he still didnt say. im just guessing they wont care because he is responsible for all costs involved regardless.

Good point. Some dealerships install mild mods and they dont affect the warranty. I think the intake is one of them. Only if it is the part that they endorse. Examples are Toyota;TRD, Acura;comptech, eibach, and AEM also seem to be ones ive seen. i would not worry about it.
