you just risk a little premature tire wear. If you rotate them more frequently it'll cut down on that. If your tires are fairly used I wouldn't worry about it now.

I have minor inner wear on my 17's - fronts only
When I rotate my stock 16's on for the winter, they show no signs of wear at all.
Maybe it depends on the tire composite too.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to install the camber kit while you are doing the springs because its cheap, and you will have everything apart while doing the springs any ways. If you end up not putting it in, you will have a little bit of camber, but it wont be horrible.. I wonder if just an alignment could straiten it out, because there is a little ajustment from the factory built in.. Well on most cars, i havn't done suspension on a cl yet. I honestly wouldn't worry about it if you end up not doing it
