Does anyone know where I can see a color comparison of the 97-99 silver vs primrose? I may buy the silver spoiler on ebay since I don't think I am going to find an OEM in primrose anymore. Curious how off it will look on my car for the time being until I can paint it.

Hey I currently do the same thing , do you order from Mechanicville or something like that ? I've order a green blue one that I'll repaint in primrose . In my case i'm sure that I won't install my spoiler until he will be painted lol

Primrose is the only one

and it has to be the most complicated to paint, it is a 3 stage paint, base coat, pearl and then clear.

Now after looking at the auction more I am confused as to what the hell color it is. He had a primrose up a while ago for sale which I missed out on. But looking through the auction it says 'Silver' then 'Titanium metallic'. Then if the picture of the sticker on the box is the real one, it's YR-508M which is heather mist. Who knows.

 

Wont that be a kick in the pants if it doesn't match.

i wouldnt chance it, if you're gonna pay that much for a painted spoiler then you have to make sure its exactly the color you want. otherwise just get an unpainted spoiler.

 

Yeah further search concludes that the guy has mismarked his auction. That spoiler is for a TL. The model number I need is 08F13-SY8-270 and there is no way I am paying $500 for it because that is rediculous.

By the way I dunno how much that you want to put on this but the place from I receive mine still have some other spoiler , not in our color but those are real oem acura spoiler in their box and at 100 $ it's not too bad to sandblast them and repaint them my here is one if you're interested Item number: 260217333773
