ok i know this might sound unreasonable but is there any possibility ANY of these lips might fit our car

Anything will fit with enough time money and talent but they won't bolt right up like a WW lip. Also it would be really difficult (impossible) to modify a CF lip to fit. Not to mention...IMHO
