short ram to cold air??

short ram to cold air??
i'm new on this board recently got my CL and very happy with it here is my first official question.

i have a short ram intake right now, if i install a cold air will it be significant enought for me to notice a difference, and will i get the same sound as i did with the short ram?? also will the one from a 94 accord fit it or woudl it have to be from a 98 accord???

94 to 97 accord will fit, and yes you will difference but not much

Are you serious!!! I pay all this extra money for CAI and got to worry bout puddles since im dropped and Short ram is louder? Why is short ram louder?????...I can careless bout the lil hp differences i just go for sound.

i think its cuz the pipe is wider but thats just a guess.
