Sensor 1 Primary HO2S Circuit

Sensor 1 Primary HO2S Circuit
I've got the dreaded Sensor 1 Primary HO2S (Heated O2 Sensor) circuit check engine light. Does this mean that I just need a new O2 sensor? Can it mean something else?
Was checkin out the prices on http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.net and saw the O2 sensor for $230 bucks (ouch). Then I went over to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and the the 02 sensor for the 99 accord is only 88 bucks. Having the correct wiring harness would be nice but I don't think its worth $150. Would the accord O2 sensor work?
