i'm goin to college next year, and i'm not taking my car with me...and i was either gonna leave the car at my house for a year with my parents.....or sell it....i kinda wanna sell it, but i thought i'd get some opinions about the subject....??

 

My first reaction is to tell you to keep it!

 

How in the hell are you supposed to be on public transportation?

Keep the car!

 

Keep it at least halfway through your first year, then you'll have a better idea.

 

sell it while resale value is up if ur gonna end up selling it later n e ways might as well just sell it now and get more money for it. just try not to spend all the money so u will have the money for a new car when u need it.

Yeah, I'm in the same situation, going back to school in September in Software Engineering, and a little voice in my head is telling me to sell it, but then another little voice which is a bit louder tells me to keep it, so I'm going to end up keeping it. I have no idea how I'm going to pay for it though.

 

That's funny, 'cause I got this Big Ass voice tellin' me that if I ever sell the CL, it will come back and kill me (like that '58 Plymouth Fury in "Christine")!

whats the matter with you guys!!!! What ever happend to bringing your car to school with you? I would never leave my WHIP in another state. Don't even tell me someone else needs to use it!!!! THATS A NO NO!!! LOL
