Is this safe?

Found this on eBay today and was wondering everyones thoughts/opinions on this.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBD1-...spagenameZWDVW

would it work for my '99 2.3 and most of all is it safe? VTEC @ 2500 rpms sounds crazy to me but i've never had a vtec car before

it's for a f22, so I would assume no. Plus, you have to convert it to OBDII, so don't waste your money.

LOL vtec at 2,500 rpms is just plain retarded...its will cause a loss in power, that ecu in general is a joke, if you want to spend some cash for an ecu set up..get a hondata system, or a chrome chipped ecu and HAVE IT TUNED TO YOUR MOTOR, these random programs they call "spoon" are not tailored to your mods and can only do some much. If you want a cheap option get a V-afc its allows you to change your vtec point as well as fuel curve and such.

JStoops do you have any mods to the engine that would make this programmed ECU useful?
