Rpm's

Can anyone tell me what their rpms read doing 70mph??? im trying to solve a gas problem and someone told me it could be the tranny..... the car has no trouble codes on the computer and the engine light isnt on, yet the car is drinking gas on me. Thanks guys.

It would probaby be alot different in the 2.2 though. Thanks anyway
