Replacing C/V Joints, and future mods questions
Replacing C/V Joints, and future mods questions
Have any of you guys done it? What's your experience w/the process? What are the do's and donts..
My car is still making that nasty-ass tick-tick sound and im pretty sure its from a torn cv joint... I just want to know how much I'll be spending before I go through w/it.
--------------------------------------------------
After I replace that, I can focus on more performance mods again
I've been thinking about a camgear, but I may also want to try and save up for a new clutch/flywheel combo.
What are the +/- of each, and which do you guys recommend?

i'm sure you can do it yourself...an axle is probably around like 60 bucks just have a friend help you that knows a little how to do it. The hardest part is just trying to break the balljoint and tierod free...but usually they'll come out. If I were you I would save up for the clutch and flywheel combo...it seems to me it has the most gain
