i just can't seem to spend 500 dollars on an exhaust. i'm thinking of just changing the piping and keeping it sleeper. would that change the noise any? i want a carbon fiber hood, but wouldn't want a spare hood... plus the additional problems i've heard of. dunno...

Buy a muffler, universal, go to a local shop, and get custom piping from ur headers straight to ur muffler, and weld it and what not, costs like 150$ total, if you can get a good deal, and its a substitue for a full system pretty much..

CF hoods dont line up so well with the seems on our car. Plus, our car is black andit would be barely noticeable except from a few feet away, and it is almost no performance upgrade through weight reduction. Rear lip is kinda blah in my opinion, i havent realy seenone that i have liked. I would say exhaust. Buy a nice Remus uni. muffler and have it piped from the cat's flange back.
