You pay for what you get, don't go cheap on something like this, honestly the cheap ones are just that cheap.

How much is a ticket gonna cost you? 200-300$? How much are multiple tickets gonna cost you? 1000$?

Buy V1 or the 8500 or don't buy at all.

HONESTLY!

I've had a V1 for over 5 years now and can't tell you how much cash it's saved me.

DON'T BUY CHEAP!

Either buy one of the two above, or just don't speed. The cheap ones will just cost you $$ now and you'll still end up with the ticket.

Ya gotta agree with CLpower. I've had the V1 for 4 years now and don't regret that purchase ever!

for upgrades you just send it in and they charge you a small fee depending on the model and the upgrade it.

My dad just bought a new one like 6 months back and I had the older bigger version. Since he only uses his on long road trips I stole his and replaced it w/ my old one. NOt sure which model it is.
