Quick Question

Im about to buy an alarm for my car before I put 2 more tvs and a playstation 3 in it (hopefully). I have one question though, Do I need to purchase anything extra to bypass the stock alarm in my car? Im planning on buying this:
Compustar

And I did search, heard good reviews on the alarm but nothing about bypassing.
Thanks,
Dave

If you have the 98-99 alarm, you'll need a spare chip from a key for the imobilizer

just install it since the doors are locked from the inside by the alarm module the factory alarm never activates so you dont have to worry about the fact. alarm going off. the compustar is a nice alarm i dont have it but ive seen it very nice choice. i was thinking about changing out my alarm for a compustar but maybe ill wait till it dies
