Question about corner and side marker bulbs

I don't like the dim/brownish look of the stock side markers (next to the headlights) and the corner bulbs (next to the blinkers). I want brighter ones, but only if they're clear i.e. aren't covered w/ blue like the PIAA xtremes. (Bascially my reasoning is so you don't notice them when they're off) Sooooo, what I'm asking is are there any nice, bright 168 or 194 wedge bulbs that have clear glass, not blue. I'd prefere PIAA since I have a coupon, but anything will do. Thanks.

Well I have heard that the PIAA xtremes with the blue coating definitely are noticeably blue when off, so I guess I won't be getting those

Yup! They're blue (I have them).

However, when turned on, they look almost yellow compared to my HIDs.

When paired with the stock headlights, how do they match? Gotta be a better match than the stock corner bulbs right?

I would pay damn near anything to get my upper and lower corners, plus my H3s (foglights) to match my HIDs!

Im trying to decide between

and

I'm leaning towards the less brighter ones, as I'm worried the brighter ones might be a little too bright. Any opinions?

I tried out the LEDs (supposedly Bright White) and they shine blue. Ugh. Not a fan at all. So I put the yellowish stock ones back. Now I have a set of PIAAs and the LEDs just sitting around because both are way too blue.

So do you have the brighter ones? White or blue? They won't be brighter than the stock headlights right?

Ok i bought the super bright LED's from autodynamic but i havent gotten them yet, except in the mean time i searched and noticed a lot of people saying they burned out after a week or so.

So decided to get the PIAA 19172s. Bad mistake, they are way too blue to sit next to the stock headlights.

Do the PIAA white LED's match the stock headlights? I didn't enjoy hearing the high price for them, but the dude at the shop said they never burn out (stark contrast from a week or so for the autodynamic ones). I'm thinking save my money and return/sell the other ones and getting the PIAA's. Any other ideas?

i just switched to amber after dust showed a link where to buy them and i like the look . when i had the hyper whites in it made my purple bulbs stand out (and i got pulled over for it 2 times) but now with the ambers in the purple bulbs just look really really bright white ...

Where did you get the lower driving lights.. are they stock? Does the car come prewired for this if it isn't ordered as an option?

You can get the OEM fog lights from www.acuraautomotiveparts.org or http://www.ahmotor.com/product/ahmcat3.htm#4H or from your dealer. They were originally a dealer-installed option.

All 1st Gen CLs are prewired for the fog lights.

I'm going with some of the silver coated amber bulbs. I like the contrast to the HIDs at night (makes them look really nice) but I don't want it noticed in the daytime.
