Hey guys havent been on here in while but i got sum problems with my ack! I dont know if you guys remeber but sum lady hit my car like 4mths ago and i had gotten it repainted! well the paint started bubbling up so they had to re-do it! well i dropped it off monday and they called me friday so i went and pick it up! Paint looks good but my sytems wasnt gettin enough power it seemed so i turned the sub off n let tha cap charge! well i drove to hartford ct for the kanye west GITDT concert (greatest concert ever!!! ) and wehen i was levaing my car cut off i jumped it and it stayed on for a min and cut off again and the check engine light was on! anyone ever had this problem? what could it be altinator/battery?

go get your alternator checked. that would be the first thing.

ok i changed it like a couple mths ago but ill go get another one!

 

Have your charging system check. Go to autozone or advanced and have them chest your alt and battery

 

yeah i just called autozone and my alt is under warrenty so im just waitin for my uncle to bring tha tools!

i dunno know y i do that eaither lol but yea i think my system is killing it faster than it should b! i think ima go get me a yellow top and maybe a stronger alt.

 

After you fix the alt, def get a yellow top

Meh, I paid $140 shipped, 4 years ago, just charged it up after sitting drained, still starts like a champ

 

once i need a new battery ill definitely go with a yellow top, but for now the acura battery i have works fine.
