Problem With Black Housing Headlights

dammit shit.... well i painted my headlights black...the thing is though... each of the corner reflectors have 2 tabs and when my friend put the reflectors in the bottom tabs kinda scratched some of the black paint off... very very hardly noticable... only from a close view but still its like having a car with a minor ding (you still want it perfect) anyone know how to pop it in without scratching it?

Its hard to explain but if you kinda of squeeze the lens (like bend it in) it should clear the black and than let it go so it snaps into place. Another way would be to just touch it up with a toothpick or something
