Alot, i know many bodyshop owners/ workers. When you say factory finish that means to me everything, including inner door wells, engine bay & inside the trunk. About 7-8g's for that. If you just mean a really good spray on just the exterior of panels your looking at 2500-3500 depending on how quickly the guy can work. If your paint isn't too chipped and its just fading i'd personally recommend a full wet sand and just respray the clear coat, that'd be the cheapest way to go

yea i've almost never heard a story where MAACO left someone 100% happy. N honestly its a 12-14 year old car with minimal resale value. It's not really worth repainting. If you want to attempt some spot repairs. Paintscratch.com sells factory matching spray cans, check that out.

Well I would do it not for money .. but because I love my 2.2 CL.

Althoug 8 g's for a paint job is way out of budget. Guess Im better off doing just the bumpers for that price. I'm thinkin' Meguiars fo the rest ! .. lol.

Just throwing out a crazy idea, but would it be cheaper to attend an auto body class at a JC and paint it yourself?

or a BOCES thats what i did i took auto mech 1 and learned so much stuff about fixing cars by working on my car, I'm planning to take the auto body portion soon enough so i can fix all the horrible damages on my CL, they truly are an atrocity.

Macco and factory finish should never be in the same sentence

You cant get a good finish at Macco I gather.

If I was to get a quote of 3000 or less I would do it. More than that, its just too much money.
