Pin stripes on my car
Well hey guys, i got pin stripes on my 99 cl. Today it was hot out a bit and i accidentally scratched a bit off my pin stripes. and it easily comes off by using my nails to get it off. I noticed alot of the members here on acurazine dont have any pin stripes on their cars. so any advice on removing them off quicker?
Also i scratched off on the fender where the two stripes intervene, it seems to me like there an imprint of where the stripes are and it shows do i have to repaint it?

little A pinstripe? Post a picture?
And I have no clue but bug and tar remover and a cd sound good to me. Glob on some bug & tar remover (safe on clear coats ONLY) and use a CD to scrape the pin striping off. It shouldnt scratch your paint at all. I used a CD to get the glue off my trunk when I debadged it. If you have any shadows, either buff it yourself or go to a detailer and get them to buff your car.
Good luck!
