Our Timeless First-Gen CLs
Dear Everybody at Acurazine,
This is my second post as an unburrowed lurker. Below I have attached a website that has pictures of my CL. I share these pics because you all have shared so much.
My car is nothing out of the ordinary because most of you guys here, have done far more and far beyond what I can do. I am humbled and inspired by you gentlemen.
I was thinking about selling this car and my female friend said I should be ashamed of myself to even think about selling it! HAHA!
If we were all together for a toast.... CHEERS!!!!!
Sincerely and kindly,
KEN

look closer at the battery, you can see the brown-ish wires, those are the ground wires. The gr-points i can see are:
- Frame of the car near the headlight
- Frame near the ABS fuse box
- Side of the alternator
- Frame behind the engine near the wire grommet and throttle body.
- Left side of engine
That's about all i could see...
The blue theme will look good with your car Dez97, just a thought...

you should get a license plate relocator so it doesn't scratch up your lip, if it hasn't already.

I was looking online on KBB... the 94 accords have a 5-speed and 4 doors. What do you guys think of 95 ES300? I heard some of them are manual transmission.
Correct me if I am wrong.
I found these pictures on Club Lexus, I believe. Very nice Toyota Windom.

Perhaps I should buy one of those. I just put a piece of blue tape at the bottom to prevent the license from scratching it... but I believe I did it too late before the damage was done! haha.

1. Bought regular vinyl masking tape
2. Measured out how much of an angle i wanted on my headlights as compared to the width of the tape. I used the first, highest line going across the headlight case as a guideline to start.
3. Took the tape and liberally angled it onto the headlight making sure it was smooth and had no airbubbles, and cut it at the end.
4. Opened my hood, and applied tape next to that strip so it looks as if the eyelid covers the whole headlight.
And that should do it. I had a problem with the tape sticking after a while, so i bought some 3M adhesive spray and it worked like a charm. Pretty good mod for like $5. Heres some pics:
The tools i used:

i hope that helps

Looks like electrical tape

when i bought it the package said vinyl tape, but its probably similar to electrical tape. i have already taken them off once. the spray adhesive comes off with a lil bit of rubbing down with a rag and soap and water, nothing serious.
