sounds like your regulator is gonna shit the bed soon. The feature is inside the reg itself, so be prepared.

Or, your switch is broken, but more than likely, it's the reg.

You can bring it to a shop or you can DIY it. There are plenty of DIYs in here. Good luck

exactly. when i first bought the car the driver side regulator went and i ended up taking it to the dealership to get it fixed. they raped me for 300 bucks but told me i was lucky my car wasn't a 3.0 becasue it would have been 500 bucks. so when the passenger side started getting sktechy, i bought new ones for both sides.

The dealer told me $300 for my 3.0 also. They claim the part was $180 and it would be atleast an hours labor.

Definitley can't beat the $40 part and 20 minutes I spent on it... I spent the rest of the time and money on beer and mexican food

That sounds about right, I paid 450 or so to get my regulator fixed the first time. The part was upwards of 200$ and the about hours labour. In canadian dollars. Next time Ill DYI.

I haven't touched any fast food (exception of quiznos or subway) for more than 4 years... but, if I had the opportunity to, I think I could eat mexican food atleast 4 nights a week.
