Oil Problems (like water)

ok guys a real thread... tried searchin but its pointless.... its a little long but READ!

a couple days ago i removed the head of the engine, cleaned out the sludge off the top and was shocked to see the oil buildup in the engine...very very sad...

you could pull off pieces of oil in some parts because it was baked!

it looked like someone threw brownie batter in with the oil....cleaned it up, not all but some....replaced the head changed the oil..and took it for a drive..

oil light came on....became worried....didnt have that new oil feel...felt hesitant..and no V-TECH....j/k...VTEC

so i changed the oil again so i could remove the oil particles floatin around along with all the walnuts

oil light came and gone...but some times it would stay on for a while but turn off when stopped and idled.

NOW THE PLOT THICKENS....well it actually thins...the oil that is...

changed the oil to be safe...it was like water...I started to shit LEGOS...it could have turned to water because when i cleaned the head i noticed that some oil clumps would melt fast and into water or more like a muddy water

changed the oil and after the i felt the difference...now it felt normal.. + vtec

next day....same problem..no vtec...im guessing it turned to water again...now im shittin bricks.... will change oil when i get home from school...and will get back

my girls dad said it could be gas..or another leak...or maybe just that sludge shit breakin up...no matter im scared

anyone help? sorry bout my novel.

edit: I have vtec but when i engages it does nothing... it makes the car slower...slows the car down

Dont floor it if your not having proper oil pressure. You will have poorer performance and vtec will not engage. Don't risk seizing your motor right now. I'm not really sure what's going on, but maybe since you removed the slush from that area, it allowed for more sludge to pass through causing it to break down and feed into the oil lines. I'd say take the head off again, make sure that the holes the oil passes through aren't being clogged, and look to see if you have sludge fromed around that area again (these holes are really tiny, you can stick a needle through em). Did you get a new head gasket when you did this? You must replace the head gasket when taking the head apart from the block. Or did you only take off the valve cover? I'll ask around and see what exactly is going on to help you out some more.

also make sure u didnt put the head gasket on upside down. it can happen and that would determine if all ur oil ports arent gettin oil. before u do that take off your oil cap with it runnin, and put your hand over it. not touchin the hole but maybee 2 inches away. if u get any moisture on your hand. like ur sweatin in your palm, u will also get some oil splashin up on your hand, dont worry bout that. definatly remove the head gasket and start over. so eather way... start over.and make sure u re torque the head bolts after bout 50 miles of driving. some people say u dont need to but you do.

when i floored it i DID feel like it was held back....

so... i stoppped.

feels like normal now but it might sneak up on me

gunna keep checkin the oil....pop off the top and check for clogs

p.s. i removed the top...guess valve cover....look at a 2.2 in the middle of the engine there is a seam...opened it there....cleaned...closed it back...no leaks.
