oem rotor with hawk pads

so i just got my order of rotora slotted and x drilled rotors with axiss pads yesterday, so i make an appointment to have them installed today, turns out the front rotors and pads they sent me don't fit . my brakes are DONE so i decided to just order a new set of OEM rotors all around, and i'm using hawk pads for the front and axiss pads for the rear. so my question is would using stock rotors and after market brake pads cause any problems??

the pads will eat thru the rotor really fast and if you drive on this setup long (in my case ~3 months), the car will squeal like crazy!

my rotor was really uneven... I had to change pads and rotors again...

they should be fine, i don't see a prob...

upgrading rotors(im talking without going BBK), for the most part, for our application, is mostly cosmetic...it's not like your running your gdamn cl hard enough to the point of needing marginally improver brake cooling and heat dispertion

honestly, i dont see a point or much or an improvement to using anything besides stock if your staying at the same diameter, although cross drilled and/or slotted does look

with that said, i'm totally happy with my brake performance, all stock with ceramic pads, cant even remember the brand....who gives a shite, as long as theyre doing the job and your checking/taking care of 'em

->cheers to beers, and even more importantly...rears

So I figure I will go basic pads for now, but what would be the best for a 97 2.2 all around? Also, would I want to upgrade anything else while I am in there?

Brakes
Rotors are from 94-97 accord.
Dual piston calipers can be fit into car. Parts needed are Calipers from a Legend. Rotors are from a prelude. 2.2/2.3 needs bracket from 3.0CL, Legend, or 94-96 vtec prelude. Adding this will give you larger rotors and dual piston calipers for greater stopping power.
NOTE: the 97 front rotors are a hub-over-rotor design which means that you'll need to get them pressed on and off with a machine. Most places charge $200+ for this kind of job. Just FYI.

From the noob guide.

So if you do this you wont have the hub over rotor crap anymore? But with 150,000 miles on my car do you think it would be worth it?
