Has anyone seen or have a pic of the chrome thats around the grille blacked out or painted? My car is black and would like to paint my chrome black as well.

Also would like to see the chrome thats around the side windows blacked out also. It just stands out too much for me. Has anyone seen this done?

I say try it photoshopped first, to get an idea of how it'll look, then do it yourself.

 

Well there was one black 97 CL in the parking lot a little while back with the crome arond the grille body colored...the car looked like an MDX . The paint job was terrible but I suppose it could look pretty nice if done right.

I know ghander wanted to do it awhile back but i dont know if he ever got around to it. I think he did a PS of it though, it might be under his old name CLPower.

 

i think black chrome would look a lot better and you wouldn't have to worry about paint matching. body color i think would look :ghey: and cheap. my 2 pfennige
