Noise with A/C on
Check your fluid levels first. If it is the power steering pump, you will here a grindy-whining sound. If it is related to the a/c clutch, you will be able to tell by opening the hood and listening to the belt train. You might here a clattering sound while the a/c compressor is engaged. That is somewhat normal for an aging a/c clutch. In either case, you can probably locate the source of the problem by listening to your engine. You can rev it a little with the throttle control on the side of the throttle body. Listen closely with a probe if you have one.
Good luck.
Good luck.
