Oh yes. I picked up a flip out in dash monitor from a buddy of mine for $200 with dvd player. I know the brand is crap, Valor, but it has a Sharp brand display. The dvd player is a Boss brand but who cares, it plays dvd's, mpeg's, and mp3's. Not a bad deal for $200.
I got alot of wiring to do, never done this before, but I have to a radio. It looks even easier, less wires. I think im gonna need to leave work early tommorow.
Any of you all done this before? How hard could it be? Oh yeah, I got one wire that is supposed to go to the brake to know that the ebrake is engaged so the dvd player will work. Does it really have to be hooked up? My friend said just to ground it so it can be on while I am driving without the ebrake up.
Pictures will be up as soon as I am done installing.

wait, ok so you have a radio now? is the valor monitor just a stand alone monitor or is it a unit with radio, etc as well? I had a similar setup. I had a standalone in dash flip out, a pioneer headunit and a blaupunkt dvd player under the pass seat. I hooked the video out from the dvd to the monitor, and the audio out to the aux input on the pioneer deck. Pop in the dvd, flip out the monitor, and hit AUX on my headunit and I was good to go.
wiring wasnt too bad, I dunno how good you are though, as for the parking brake, just ground it somewhere to the chasis. Just rip out your center console, glove box adn pass seat and that should give you a lot of room to work with.

While at work today, I cleaned up the old monitor harness really well, heat shrink, solder. It looks real nice. Now, I have to tap it into the radio head unit for power.
Im no expert, I figured out where most of the wires are supposed to go. Now. Im left with two wires and have no clue where to tap them in because I have the bose system and the wiring is a bit diffrent.
On the bose harness:
+12V
Ground
12V Batt/Memory
Amp Remote
8 Speaker +/- wires
On the monitor harness:
+12V
Ground
Memory
E-Brake
Power Antenna +
Lumination +
I know where everything connects but the:
Power Antenna +
Lumination +
I dont know where I should connect those two. If any of you know, let me know.
Klepto:
Yes, its just a monitor, flip out, motorized. I will have my sony head unit still, I dont have a aux input so I have a FM Modulator that came with my uber package. DVD player sits perfect in the center console, wiht plenty of space left over! Double Din FTW!

I finished took a good five hours, I redid the wiring on my old radio harness, I soldered and heat shrinked the wiring instead of the twirling and electrical tape.
I wired it pretty good, the only thing is sometimes when I turn off the car the head unit and flip out wont turn off so I have to turn it of manually, which isnt too bad.
Pictures will be up later tonight.
