I'll have to say a GS430. The thing is really fast, spacious and very luxurious. Not to forget reliability and resale value.
I own one and it's fine in the winter with snow tires.
It's got so much torque, when you hit the gas all you hear is a muted snarl from the exhaust and hang on......
I know the M45 is as luxurious and is faster than the GS430 but I've heard too many problems with that motor.

How long have you had the GS, and is there anything to keep an eye out for?, besides condensation in the headlights.

for that much why not a MB slk350 roadster!? (2005 is actually a FAST car!)

I don't really care for the Audi interior. Too dull and dark.

My winter set is 16" and it is actually a bit more comfortable at the cost of quiet a bit of sportiness. Mark levinson audio and the NAV is excellent.

Well i'm down to the wire now. Its between a blue 03 G35 coupe with 2500kms!(1500mi.), a silver '02 GS430 with 80K kms(49K mi.), a silver '05 TL 6spd w/ 12K kms(7400mi.), and a pearl white '02 A6 with 80K kms. All pretty much the same price.
Heres the hard part now, choosing one.

An TL/RL would be in another league.
The Legacy 2.5GT (250hp, 2.5L DOHC, turbo, intercooled) hauls ass though - 5.8 sec. 0-60.
The thing I didn't like about the 2.5GT was the interior. It looked like a Japanese Jetta or 3-series. Really plain, simple lay-out but with "asian import" plastics and vinyl. Not my style.
