i reset my ecu....so now i need a radio code



is there any way i can get this w/o goin to the dealership or paying

 

look in the fuse box under the hood, its on the lid

 

look on the back of your ashtray

 

yeah.. it's under the fuse box.. on the lid..

and.. even tho u bring to the dealer, i don't think they will charge you for that easy thing... maybe they will also tell you where it is so that u can do it by urself later.. that's what i did..

 

good Q good answers.. when i 1st got my car i had to get the code i didnt know so i called the guys that sold me the car to get it.. then when my alternator blew i had it written down somewhere on a lil sticky note i left in my car

 

I never knew it was in the fuse box. I called the dealer for mine. no charge

 

same... they were like you have to bring the car in.. i was like NO, the VIN NUMBER IS ........ they were like.. oh.. ok ........ hold on please

Worst case scenario, u have to take the radio out, and get the serial number from the back of the radio. Then call ur dealer and give them the serial number of the radio, and they'll give u the code. That's how it worked for me.. Good luck.
