need a picture

since I put the 2003 leather seats in my car I need a picture of the heated switch button for the first generation that works both seats. I have seen a switch on ebay but it looks like it only works one seat but I could have swore I had see a picture pf one switch that worked drivers and passenger seat warmers. Also if you have a switch that controls both sides can you pop it out and tell me what color the wires are also so I can see if there is already wires ran under the seats for the heaters. If you don't want to do this I understand. I am just trying to get these heaters hooked up if possible. My blank on the console on the drivers side doesn't have any wires attached to the blank so not sure if the wires on the passenger side is for the heated seats or not. My car originally came with cloth interior so it didn't have heaters so any help with this will be appreciated.

Oh yeah, I tried searching and went through 8 pages that contain "heated seat switch" in them and didn't find anything

This is why I ask, every one I seem to be able to find on eBay is like this, and its just one switch not two in one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SEAT-...Q5fAccessories

EDIT: forget it. Trying to post photos from my new phone. It's not working out.
Thanks for trying bud

well I finally got the heated seat switch for the 97 on its way so now I have to go to alldata and see if I can find some wiring diagrams on how to hook up the switch to the seats and power to the switch. I don't guess anyone has a plug that will plug into the bottom of the switch laying around with a small amount of wires hooked to it I can splice into do they. Or know where I can order the plug separately. I can not find it anywhere

Thats cool, I didn't even think about it when you had that thing. Actually I am not even sure I had even planned on the swap at that time. Heck I already have so many parts off of that car on mine, one more wouldn't have hurt. I am not sure 98-99 is the same as the 97, The 97 has both left and right in one switch and if the 98-99 is like the second gen it has separate switches for each seat that goes on either side of the console. I am not sure about this though, I know there is a few subtle differences in the interior of a 97 from the rest but not sure this is one of them

You are correct--at least on the '99 model year, there are two switches on either side of the console. This is probably true for '98 as well.

Thank you, I thought I had seen pictures of the 98-99 that had the seat switches like the 2nd gen CL's but wasn't sure. This is just another bastard part for the 97 only which is going to make the plug that much harder to find

dont want to change the console, I actually like the 97 console because its different from the 98-99's. I have posted pictures of the seats on the site before but here they are again. This is when I first got the Passenger side in

And this is when I installed the Drivers side

I removed the side air bags from the seats and stuffed the hole with foam. I still have to recover the inserts in the doors but already recovered the ones in the rear and the console lid

I already have the switch for the 97 heated seats also, if I were top switch to the 98-99 console I would still need wiring and then would need two switches, right now all I need is one plug. So changing the whole console is like taking steps backwards to reach the same goal. If I can't find a plug soon I will end up making one
