Hello - I'm Juan, from Houston, TX. I just picked up a CL yesteday. It's a 1997 3.0CL, automatic, with 126k miles. It looks ok and runs good for the most part but I plan on changing out all of the fluids and performing a small tune up on it. It runs a bit warm at times and the previous owner just changed out the radiator, t-stat, and top/ bottom hoses so I'm thinking that he left air in the system and it's causing the temp to rise a bit at times. THe trans is going to need some looking into, sometimes it stays in a gear a bit too long and then jerks into the next one. I already read up on the typical trans issues of the 3.0 so now I'll have to research for the fix... if there is one. Anyways, pics.

how much did you pay for it?

i'm looking to sell my old CL, 3.0 automatic just like yours but cloth interior and primrose mist paint

 

I paid 2600 for mine, not too bad I think. Everything works but I think that it has the commom problem with the 2nd gear clutch pack.
