Hi Guys,


Went to the mechanic to get a quote to replace the front end bushings with the hyper energy ones...he quoted me $450 for both the side...... Fuck him I will do this myself. This is how I plan to do this. Will drop the lower controll arm completely and unbolt the 2 studs that hold the bushings for the upper control arm. Have spoken to a machine shop and he said that he will remove the bushings for me. If not then I will burn the bushings and chisel out the metal ring myself.

What I need from u guys are numbers on how much should I tighten the bolts when I assembly the control arms back. I dont have a manual that will give me the Kgpf/ntw whatever that is. If you guys can help me on this I would really appreciate it. Give me the tightning torque on all the bolts that hold the upper and lower contrl arm.
