I have some nice 5 lug 18s that I want on my 99 CL. I've been told that the 4 to 5 lug adapters will vibrate. Is there another model (Acura or Honda or whatever) that has hubs that I can easily upgrade to??

I think the easiest thing to do is to sell the 5 lug and get the 4 lug instead...there are plenty of 4 lug styles to pick from.

The adapter will make your rims stick out too far with 18's and you might have to roll your fenders.

 

5 lug conversions usually run about a grand from what i've heard. Just sell them or try to find someone who wants to trade.

 

the RSX has 5 lug pattern..i donno if it would work though..

 

it should not cost you that much to do the conversion....you can use the knuckles & spindles from a 97+base prelude or 95-96 honda oddysee

 

Yea, thats what i was thinking of doing to my cl is putting on the 97+ 5 lug Prelude setup. It's alot easyer to get rims for that pattern.

 

i was gonna say odessy also. i heard its on the accord frame, and so is the cl. although i think its more work than its worth.
