Since I've gotten my CL I was always either not able to work (school year, summer classes, study abroad in Italy) or working to pay off neccessary items (food, books, travel expenses etc.) that I've had to buy during the times where I couldn't work. Well this summer, I have no debts and I'm finally going to start really hooking my car up. The following is my list future of mods. What do you guys think? Which stuff should I do first? I think I'm going to get my system installed first, and then maybe I'll tint the windows.

Nah, I don't have all that stuff. That is just a list of my planned mods. I got three months this summer to make as much money as possible and do as many mods as I can.

 

Do all of the paint, lips, and shaved door handles at once.

 

well be realistic, unless you got a serious hook up thats really not possible... esp. if youre flipping burgers for min wage.

decide what would make you happy, and what a reasonable estimate of the amount of money you will make is, and then put the two together.

Guys, I never said that I'm getting all this stuff in the recent future. That is just my list of mods, it will take me awhile to get all that stuff. I know that I have to pick and choose carefully.

so you can get all the performance parts for about $2000....damn that means i've spent more/about that, wow...never even looked back at how much i've spent....

and then you'll want to put 8 g's in that car. People with that mentality never have hooked up cars because you're always thinking it isn't worth it. It's not like any of the mods on the list are outrageously insane for a first gen CL. If I had an 85 Ford Tauras that would be one thing, but I have a 97 Acura, and in my opinion to do the mild modifications I listed above.

if you are goin to do somethin do it right and dont half ass your car...... if i were you i would save through summer and see how much u got and u gotta decide if u want speed or style cause u aint goin to make enough money to do hlaf of that shit this summer
