My car will not start
the worst my car won't start was fine yesterday night
this morning it doesn't turn over the starter just clicks and clicks and clicks.
wondering what this could possibly be. I checked connections and fused and other stuff seem fine I was wondering if it is a fuel problem
this sucks.

I cant remember for sure, but i think clicking starter = low battery or dead starter. If it was a fuel problem the starter should still be able to crank it but it wouldnt start.

lights come on and vents and radio... so battery is fine I am assuming. just no turn over of the engine just clicking I think the clicking is the starter right? no engine sounds other than clicking of the starter when I turn the key.
where is the chassy ground located? I'll need to check that.
fuck how did my started just die... something happened to my friends accord yesterday that had something to do with his starter.

its definately the starter silioniod, i had mine rebuild for like 50 bucks at a rebuild shop in Modesto
dont get a new one, have the old one rebuild, and you can save some money, the alt. if it was going out, it would start on you but then would die on you quick, since you are hearing the clicking sound, it is the starter siliniod trying to click over and start but it is fried and should be rebuilt, a new one is pricey about 100 bucks or so
rebuilt is basically brand new part just using the old casing, the shop that did mine even painted the new one a solid black color for some nice dress up look free of charge
try taking the starter off and taking it to a shop and have it tested

It sounds like your starter. I got another one from Autozone with a lifetime warranty for $118 and put it in myself. Took me about 30 minutes. Really easy. Just disconnect the wires to the battery and remove the two bolts. I also got a Optima red top while I was at it.

just because the radio works doesent mean the battery is good. u could take the starter off and have it tested at autozone for free, along with ur battery. but i would still check the grounds first.

This just happened to me, all lights and stuff worked fine, but the car clicked when I turned the key... it was the battery. $80 later after a visit to sears it was starting strong once again.

I noticed you have a manual tranny CL. There is a switch at the clutch pedal that allows the motor to start when you depress the pedal. To test, when the car is just "clicking", put the car in nuetral, turn the key & move the clutch pedal in and out. It might just need adjusted. This happened on my manual tranny equipped Accord. It was very intermittant, just like what you are explaining.

push the clutch pedal in and out while turning the key? or when the key is turned to ACC
I can't get the top 14mm bolt to budge...
I believe the bottom one to be a 16mm or 17mm? I can't tell I cant see it I'll probably have to raise the car up which is a problem since I can't drive it up a ramp since it doesn't start lol.
the worst.
---------------
just tried it.. I reread what you said while it is clicking... nothing.. oh well back to the drawing boards.

ok so I took out the battery put it on my skate board and rolled down to auto zone to have it tested. Turns out the battery was bad so I bought an overpriced optima yellow... 159.99 plus tax... yeah I know that is fucking expensive but my car was dead so well I got it and put it in... started right up... the worst... fucking ac delco batteries.
anyway case closed thanks for all who helped.

actually there is another problem now... my engine has a hard time turning over when I turn the key.... shit... so maybe my starter really is going... I'll have to check it out... but I couldn't get the bolts off last time I tried.
I don't want to kill this expensive battery too. I think Im going to buy some new sparks and some new wires. time to ebay it up.
