theres a pant mixing store close to my house...i went to them and bought the same paint i got to paint my skirts, which is just a regular flexible car laint...then they gave me a bottle of this stuff called bulldog which you paint onto the mudflaps first, then add a certain amount to the paint and spray it on....very flexible...good stuff....
