Messed up CAI install

When I was taking out the air system I was pulling out all of the tubes and when I got to the last one by the fire wall I couldn't cap it off so I pulled it out and accidently took the plastic with it.The tube I took out split into 2 at the end and connected to some kind of sensor,I think and the other one connected to something above it that connected to the throttle body.I don't even know if I capped off the right tube or even if you know what I'm talking about. If I had a digital camera I would take pictures.I have the tube connected to the little bit of plastic that I didn't pull off but I always have to check to make sure that it's still on.What should I do?

Sounds like a vaccum line, but your being very vague. If you have a 3.0, dust or myself can probably hep you. Are you talking about the Air Conditioning system? Let us know.....

found the answer

I was looking through acura automotive parts and found out that I broke the plastic piece off of the vacuum tank.It says that it deals with the auto cruise.

haha i know what u did. dont worry. u cracked the little end on the big cylinder thing for the cruise control. don't worry bout it. mines been like that for 2 years. and all those lines u ripped out are right. they are part of the I.A.R system or whatever for the oem intake. u dont need them.

Does your cruise control still work? Also when I was double checking all of the connections I saw a wire that comes out a tube that's connected to the fuse box.It looks like it connects to something bacause it has wires going into a clip but there is no metal at the end of the clip so electricity couldn't go through.Does anyone know if this is a sensor or if it plugs in anywhere. The car seems to be running fine.
