May be getting RSX-S

As I never thought i would part with my CL, I may tonight. I might be getting the RSX-Type S. This car is too damn hot to pass on.

The total is 24600. The trade in would be pretty good. I am not so sure I am going to pull the trigger though. I am strugging with my decison because I really like my CL.

The RSX is gonna be a hell of a lot more fun in the twisty stuff, have much more power than the 2.2, and is way easier to park.

Of course, whether or not this is worth the thousands of dollars to you is, well, up to you.

Personally, at that price, if I wanted a sporty 5 passenger car, I'd buy another WRX.

Wouldn't you be happier stepping up to a CL Type-S? I know the RSX is a fun car and all, but for me I would miss the luxury features I've gotten spoiled by, not to mention the quiet ride, distinctive looks (pretty soon there will be an RSX on every corner), etc.

Or better yet, stick with your first gen CL and stay here among your friends!

True. I hear that. Don't have enough money for the CL-S, and I may just stay with my CL and my friends here in the forum. I am going to just test drive it, which may be a mistake.

I have an idea. Since you love your CL, put the $24K in to a hell of new motor, trany, turbos, suspention, and what not.

the RSX is sweet. Luckily i had a cool salesguy when i drove it, he encouraged me to gas it. It will seem kinda flat and less torque than your cl, unless you give it the juice. If you get to let it out it is sweet. I had your same dilemma, but I will be parting with my CL in December. It just feels sooo solid. I will definately miss my CL. **I'm hoping to work it so my girl dumps her damn Ford and I'll hook her with my CL ! ahhhh, the best of both world** Peace

Sorry to post again... ZIV, 0-60 6.1 , 1/4 in:14.8 @ 95mph. Dont even go to the WRX, It gets out quick and those extra 27horses and 60+ lbft torque dissappear after that. If you dump the CL at least stay Acura.
