lowering spring install(after search)
Neuspeed install:
I was looking at the search results and found an old tutorial on the install but the picture links were broken I think the post was 2 years old. Anyway looked like it took a lot of time and some extra tools like a spring compressor, so I was wondering if anyone else in the past 2 years has installed springs themselves or got them installed.... if you got them installed, what is a general price for the install. Paying might be worth it. Thanks in advance.

I put my car back to stock before trading it in. So, I had uninstalled a set of pro-kit springs, installed a set of sportline springs, uninstalled them, and reinstalled my stock spring. All of this within a 6 month time frame.
A spring compressor is a must. It's nice to have access to an air compressor along with an impact gun. Works better on the compressors. Wrench or socket sizes you need.. 10, 12, 14, and 17MM. Since you are in LA, your lower rear bolts shouldn't be stuck on there. A bit of liquid wrench should make those babies come right out.
The front struts are really compressed. The rears don't really need the compressor. When I installed my stocks, I just pushed down on them myself and tightened to strut top.
If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, then shop around for a deal. Some places are going to seriously try to rip you off.
Good Luck!!
