Well i got some subs installed a while ago, the subs arent that strong just two jl 10w0, and some crappy amp, nothing to woot about, but heres my question. Each time i have my turn signal on, my instrument lights flashes along with the acutal turn signal. Does this mean its time for a new battery?

 

probably, subs and amp are almost always the culprit in weird electrical shit like flashing dashboards. check your alternator too

 

Start with a new battery, if that doesn't fix it, it's an alternator issue, sounds like you got too much draw, an inline capacitor might improve your situation too

 

any recommendations for batteries? I don't think it'll be worth it to get a yellow top since my crappy system ain't that strong and i don't plan on getting another system for a while, untill i get rid of this cl.

 

Some might not agree but i think AC Delco will suffice, can't beat 750 CCA for less than 100 bucks...

 

battery is going to be a waste of time and money, especially if you test it and its still holding 12v (I think)
