How does everyone feel about the inercooler style intakes. I was thinking of getting one and selling my weapon R. The reason is because of my bodykit. It will have this big hole in front and I thought it would look cool with the intake. tell me what you think

Why are you guys giving him such a hard time. IT's just another style of intake that mounts up front. It's not rice or posing, jsut a different type of intake.

I give him props for wanting to spen 200+ on an intake....

 

I think it's ricey cuz it's trying to fool people into believing it's something it's not...just like if someone would put "Type R" crap on a CL. Just go with a regular intake, they're good enough.

lol give the n00b a break - personally i wouldn't get one, and I agree that you'd seem like a poser if someone saw you driving around and thought you had a turbo. That being said, its ok to brainstorm ideas like this on the board. Get an idea of what most people might think, but don't let that dictate how you're going to mod your car.

 

its not ricey its just not worth the money you willl see after you drive around for a bit you will get rocks and alot of dust in there and you will be cleaning it all day long!! and goddamn that NON FUCTIONING intercooler cost 245.00!!!!! a real one isnt very far from that.
