I have a 1997 3.0 with a little problem. Not always but at times when i start the car it idles rough and almost stalls, it actually stalls sometimes. I hold the gas for a few seconds and everything goes back to normal, and usually happens on a warm start. My cars egr port has been cleaned by the dealer and plugs+wires are brand new. Do you guys have any idea what it could be? Thanks.

i have the same exact problem....it happens soemtimes, as soon as i give it some gas it goes away, i've tried using the techron fuel injecter but it happened again once after...

 

the fuel pump is weak... that is my guess

 

You might have to wait for the check engine light to come on to get a code from the car. My car was doing some stuff lately and it was the EGR valve. Take it to someone who knows how to work on Hondas/Acuras.

 

for me, it was the iac valve. it's fine now after i changed it.

 

try changing the fuel filter. cheap and pretty easy.

 

that would be my guess, I have the same problem..just havent fixed it yet
