I need a new trans

Hey guys my trans just went last week and i am trying to find if they make an aftermarket one or if a accord trans or new prelude one would fit?

Prelude tranny won't fit a j30a engine. '98+ Accord V6 tranny will work. Thats about it unless some custom work is involved you might be able to use 2nd gen CL or TL tranny.

How many miles did you have on it? I'm kinda worried about mine going out someday. What's the best way to take care of our tranny, fellas?:

Flush your tranny fluid every 30 k or so and upgrade to a bigger tranny cooler. You can buy one at pep boys or discount auto parts. The aren't to expensive running around $60.

I had about 80,000 miles on it. It would delay to go into gear and shift when it was cold. It did it every time the car was sitting for a while
