I installed carbon fiber over woodgrain!
I have a 97 2.2 and i installed the carbon fiber over the wood grain using a carbon fiber sheet. I didnt think it would look good but it is near perfect! People dont know I cut it from paper until I tell them. Anyone else done this? I will have pics comming soon.

Its real simple I used a sheet that was like 4x4 feet and i have ALOT LEFT! the black ring around the radio I did it. ALL WOOD GRAIN PARTS, top of cup holder. Yes I had to take all the wood grain out and it is kinda a bitch to get out. I layed the parts on the back of sheet traced around it and left more room than need and put it on the wood grain and folded then edges back then use a razor blade to cut the remaining. CLEAN the parts with some alcohol before u put it on there. anymore questions just ask me.(like how to get the woodgrain out)
